Talia Undercover

Tasting notes

Talia Reid goes into an international biotech firm as a personal assistant, with a mission to find out what is really going on behind the polished glass. Mr. Vaughn is polished, curious and quick to test her, from a riddle about time to a guided tour of the whole floor. Episode 1 is her first day, full of confident small talk and a salary promise she will have to earn. Episode 2 puts her aboard a private flight, in the company of his wife Viviana, a couple with a long marriage and a loose definition of boundaries. Talia came to investigate. She may be the one under inspection.

Flavor profile

A spy story told through flirtation: Talia hides her purpose, Vaughn hides his habits, and the line crossed is the one between work and invitation. The free episodes stay with banter, open doors and loaded questions.

Allergy advice Contains: corporate espionage, jet lag, mixed motives and one cover story with a loose seam. May contain traces of creative accounting.

Best enjoyed A natural pick for a night of glamour, intrigue and a heroine who stays a step ahead until she does not.
