Dana is chasing a promotion, so her fiance Jake tags along to her boss's desert estate for a week of keeping a low profile. Jake does not stay invisible for long. Marcus Voss, the host, has noticed that every man who visits glances at his wife Vanessa, and he has invented a game around it. Episode 1 delivers the poolside welcome and a very awkward interview. Episode 2 lays out the rules, hands Jake a casita and a sunscreen errand, and shows him how easily a polite guest can start making friends. Dana, meanwhile, believes in her big week. The sun is hot and the host is generous.
