Ethan is a captive in Queen Veyra's court, a human among creatures who think humans snap easily. Tonight she has chosen him, and she is in no mood to be refused. Episode 1 is an order, a name he has to say aloud and a warning that her last three favorites vanished without a trace. Episode 2 shows the double life: in front of her court he is nobody, behind the door he is hers, and she makes sure he feels the difference. She is fierce, proud and just a little curious about the man who keeps standing. The crown could use a change.
