The Candy AI subscription is called Premium, and it is the one paid plan behind everything on Candy: paid episodes, Spicy series, unlimited messages, images and more. This page covers what it includes, how it renews, and how to cancel the Candy AI subscription without a fuss. We are plain about what we checked and what we could not.

What the subscription includes and how it renews
Candy AI Premium hands you 100 tokens each month, plus uncapped messaging, adult pictures and video, live action, and a way to create a girlfriend of your own. For the Shorts it is what opens the Spicy series and the paid episodes from episode 3, which also cost tokens.
It sells in three sizes: yearly at $3.99 a month, with the $47.88 paid once a year; quarterly at $8.99 a month; and monthly, where month one costs $9.99 and every month after costs $13.99. We read these prices off Candy at the end of October.
Every plan renews automatically. Candy AI is run by EverAI Limited, Malta, and the charge shows up on your statement as EverAI, so do not be alarmed by an unfamiliar name. If you ever search your card history, that is the word to look for.
How to cancel
Candy says you are free to cancel whenever you want, through your account settings. That is as much of the interface as we will describe, since we do not want to invent steps that may have changed. Open your account, look in settings, and follow what Candy shows you.
Timing is the part to plan. Because plans renew on their own, cancel before the renewal date, not on it. For the monthly plan that is one month after you start, which is also when the price moves from $9.99 to $13.99. A reminder in your phone does the job.
Keep proof of what you did, such as a confirmation screen or email. Refund rules were not something we could confirm, so do not assume you can get money back for a renewal you missed. If you are unsure, ask Candy support directly.
Before you subscribe
Match the plan to how much you will actually watch. A curious month is best on the monthly plan, where the first month is cheapest. A long stretch of series plus chat suits the quarterly or yearly plan, which lower the monthly rate but ask for more upfront.
Use this shop to size it up. Each box states its token total and how much of the monthly 100 tokens it uses, and the bag totals your picks on a receipt. Working through every open series takes 8,574 tokens, so a small list is the sensible start.
Last, remember the free part first. The first episode asks for no account, a free one covers the second, which is 361 free episodes in all. We saw no free trial of Premium, so if the free episodes leave you curious, that is the moment to subscribe, not before.

How do I cancel my Candy AI subscription?
Candy says you are free to cancel whenever you want, through your account settings. Do it before the renewal date, and keep a confirmation. We have not described the exact screens, because they can change.
What is the EverAI charge?
It is Candy AI. The service is run by EverAI Limited, Malta, and the Premium charge shows on your statement as EverAI. If you subscribed, that line is your plan.
Can I get a refund on Candy AI?
The refund policy stayed unverified for us, so promising one is out of our hands. Cancel ahead of the renewal date and you dodge another charge, and ask Candy support if you were billed by mistake.
Does the Candy AI subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Premium renews automatically on every plan, so you will be charged again unless you cancel in account settings before the renewal date.
What happens to my tokens when I cancel?
We could not check what happens to unused tokens after you cancel. Spend what you need before the plan ends if you want to be safe, and check Candy's terms or ask support.
