Jake answers an ad with the cheapest rent around and soon learns why it was so cheap. Sienna and Mia are charming, relaxed, and about to wager on who lands him first. The loser pays his rent. The twist in episode 1 is that Jake overhears the entire deal and decides to play along quietly. Episode 2 turns the apartment into a cold war of breakfast flirting, closed doors and rivalry, each woman sure she's already ahead. Somebody is about to find out that the house isn't the only one hiding a catch.
