A beat-up pickup, an empty desert road and a driver who is, by his own admission, the most ordinary man alive. Then he spots a gorgeous hitchhiker stranded by the side of the road and, against all odds, stops. She explains she ditched her boyfriend, make that ex, at a filling station far behind. Episode 1 is a hot day, a sweaty ride and a motel with only one room left. In episode 2 the motel is nothing fancy, a phone call to Tyler ends things for good, and she asks the driver for a towel and for him to come closer.
